HOW TO ORDER
Steps to make your oder:-
1. Choose your items
2. Contact us by send message to www.bubukidsonline.blogspot.com
or www.facebook.com/messages/bubukidsonline (Click 'Like' when login to our page) or email directly to bubukidsonline@gmail.com with the below information:-
- Name
- Email Address
- Delivery Address (must be full address)
- Contact Number
- Item Description or Item Code
- Colour, Size and Quantity
3. Once we received your order, we will reply you with the order confirmation and adivse you for the
order payment.
4. Payment must be make within 2 working days.
5. After we have received your payment, we will proceed with the order and delivery.
6. For Ready Stock Items:-
a)Items are sold at the first pay first serve basis upon payment made.
b)Once payment received, items will be sent out within 1-2 days. (excluding Sunday and public
holidays)
7. For Pre-order Items:-
a) We will proceed to place order with supplier on every 15th & 30th of each month after received
your payment.
b)Full refund will be given if items out of stock.
c)Cancellation or refund request after payment are not entertained.
d)Please bear in mind and understand that sometimes items can be delayed in shipment / arrival due
to unforeseen circumstances.
e)Goods will be deliver to customers within 1-2 days upon arrival exclude Sunday and public holidays.
8. After sent out the goods, notification of the delivery will send to your email address.The courier
tracking number will be given for shipment status check.
Important Notes
1. Our staff will check all the goods before shipping to ensure the goods are in GOOD CONDITION.
2. Goods sold are non-refundable and unchangeable. Kindly re-consider carefully before
make order.
3. We does not accept any price bargain. All our products are worth for the value.
4. The colours of items in the photos may slightly different from the real piece due to the colour
resolution when photos taken, but the quality are good enough.
5. We will not be responsible for any losses or damage incurred during shipping.

SELF COLLECTION
Self collection is available!! Delivery charges you need to pay is .....0.
But our collection point is only at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
Please inform us if you prefer self collection during our order making.
Collection appointment will be arrange once the parcel is ready.
PAYMENT
Customer is required to make payment whithin 1-2 working
days after order confirmation.
We will notify customers with our bank account details after confirmed their order.
